Responsibilities
  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, client visits, and networking.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  3. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  4. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
  5. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, customer service, accounts) for smooth service delivery.
  6. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  7. Submit regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
Requirements
  1. Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
  2. 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, shipping, or related industry.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
  5. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
